百创S3000空间转录芯片
百创空间转录组以原片无错高清H&E+原片无错荧光+原片测序,“三片合一”实现精准的细胞分割,将空间转录组推进到单细胞分辨率的领域。
本着持续创新,深耕时空领域的决心,经过又潜心研发,百创智造于2024年3月27日在山东青岛正式发布了百创S3000空间转录组芯片,让空间组学的性能再进一步。
百创S3000在6.8mm*6.8mm的捕获区域内铺设了4,144,770个捕获位点,相邻两个捕获位点的中心距为3.5μm。
相较于现在广受市场认可与好评的百创S1000转录组芯片,捕获位点数提升近2倍,分辨率同样提升近2倍
在相同的测序饱和度下,单细胞级别分辨率下中位UMI提升了30%~70%,中位基因数提升30%-60%。
